Will Call is not publicly available at this venue. Will Call is for Artist and Venue guests only and is located at the Box Office at 1030 Main St. Be sure to bring a photo ID as this will be required for ticket pick up.
For any section that offers seating, the seats are wedding style seats.
They are padded and average with the sizing specifications below.

Our show capacity ranges from 300 – 650.
To avoid ticket fraud, ticket buyers are encouraged to ONLY purchase their tickets through TicketWeb. Our staff will not be able to check the validity of tickets purchased from third party vendors and cannot guarantee entry.
No Refunds or Exchanges. All Sales Are Final.
We enforce a “no re-entry” policy during all events. Ticket holders who leave during an event will not be admitted back for re-entry without an unused/unscanned ticket. There are no in and out privileges.
We encourage all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you are subject to search prior to entry.
The following items are prohibited for entry.
• Aerosol cans or sprays (including spray sunscreen)
• Alcohol
• Any item that can be used to disturb the peace or endanger the safety of the crowd
• Audio recording equipment
• Newborns/ Infants/Toddlers
• Backpacks of any kind
• Bicycles, rollerblades, or skateboards
• Chairs
• Coolers
• Flags
• Focused-light devices, including laser pointers.
• Glass containers
• Guns
• Illegal substances (including narcotics) or drug paraphernalia.
• Items intended for sale/promotion.
• Outside food or beverages, including alcohol.
• Pets (except Service Animals)
• Emotional Support Animals are not recognized by the ADA as Service Animals
• Professional camera equipment:
- (no detachable lenses, monopods, tripods, large zoom lenses, and/or commercial-use camera assemblies)
• Smoking
- Soccer balls, footballs, Frisbees, or other projectiles
• Strollers
• Tripods, Monopods, and Selfie-sticks
• Umbrellas
• Vaping
• Video recording equipment
• Water guns, water balloons, and/or any other kind of water projectile
• Weapons of any kind
There is free public parking located near and within a few blocks’ distance of the venue entrance.

Bar Registers will support all major forms of digital payment, including credit card MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cashless (tap to pay), RFID, Apple Pay, Android Pay and debit cards and cash.
The ballroom features a fully licensed bar for drinks, including spirits, wine, and non-alcohol available for purchase. There may be concession style snack food available in the ballroom and you may also check with the host downstairs at Blue Note Napa if you may be seated for dinner service.
Jam Cellars Ballroom entry is on the ground level and is through the far-left door of the Opera House building.
Everyone is subject to security wand and bag check prior to entry.
Ticket PDF’s will be sent 48 hrs. prior to showtime. PDF’s will be sent from TicketWeb to the mail provided when ordering. Please have your tickets downloaded and open upon arrival on your smart device with your brightness turned up ready for scanning by our ushers or you may bring your printed PDF ticket too.
There is not a coat check. Please plan accordingly.
Children aged 8+ are welcome at most events, but some shows may be for ages 18+ or 21+. Every patron must have a ticket regardless of age. No infants please. Please check specific shows for age restrictions.
The Blue Note Napa/JaM Cellars Ballroom Box Office is open Wednesday – Sunday if there is a show on the calendar.
It opens 60 minutes prior to the door time listed on your event and closes 30 minutes after the show begins.
The Box Office accepts cash or all major credit cards. There is no “tap to pay” accepted.

The Box Office is on the ground level of the Opera House and when facing the building on the outside, it is on the right side.

We highly encourage attendees to leave personal bags at home. All bags L14” x W6” x H14” and under, and bags accepted as medical bags, will be subject to inspection, including the use of magnetic screening, which may delay entry.
ALL BAGS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH.
BAGS ALLOWED:
• Purses/Bags no larger than 14″x 6″x 14″.
• Waist/Fanny packs
BAGS NOT ALLOWED:
• Backpacks are not allowed.
• Any bag that is larger than 14″x 6″ x 14″ is not allowed.
Standing Events:
There is a section dedicated to patrons with accessible needs on the floor and in the balcony sections. Please purchase Accessible Tickets and Companion Tickets to access those seats.
Seated Events:
Each section will offer accessible and companion seating. Please purchase accessible and companion seating within the section you are interested in.
Service Dogs are allowed.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
No. Only Service Animals* are allowed. Please do not leave your pets in your car.
*SERVICE ANIMAL:Under the ADA, a Service Animal is defined as an animal that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the animal must be directly related to the person’s disability. Trained Service Animals are welcome inside, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness always unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose Service Animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests or staff, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises. During their visit, the Service Animal(s) should sit in the guest’s lap, or under their seat whenever possible.
This historic landmark, originally constructed in 1879, offers multiple configurations of use within the venue space.
Events may either be general admission seated theater-style, open-floor, or a mixture of both. The ballroom features a fully licensed bar and a balcony/gallery with limited seating.
Each event will describe if the event is standing room only, all seated or a mixture of both. Most of the events are either general admission standing, or general admission seated and rarely offers reserved seating. Events are first come, first served depending on the section purchased.

Accessible and companion tickets are available for all events. There is an elevator available for access, as well as one or more accessible entrances to access the elevator.

The JaM Cellars Ballroom is located upstairs in the historic Napa Valley Opera House and is a stunning 300-650-person venue.
The address is1030 Main St. Napa, CA 94559. (The ballroom is NOT located on 1st Street nor is it to be confused with the wine tasting room.)
