The Blue Note Napa/JaM Cellars Ballroom Box Office is open Wednesday – Sunday if there is a show on the calendar. 

It opens 60 minutes prior to the door time listed on your event and closes 30 minutes after the show begins. 

The Box Office accepts cash or all major credit cards. There is no “tap to pay” accepted.  

BOX OFFICE LOCATION: 

The Box Office is on the ground level of the Opera House and when facing the building on the outside, it is on the right side.

Will Call is not publicly available as an option for the events. Will Call is reserved for Artists and their/venue guests only with a photo ID.
