How does our seating work?

The Blue Note Napa is located on the first floor of the Napa Valley Opera House and is a jazz club and restaurant where patrons can enjoy performances of major world-renown artists and as well as local artists alike in an intimate environment. Our club seats less than 150 people. Patrons feel as though they can literally reach out and touch the artist! It is like having an artist playing right in your own living room.

The Blue Note Napa is a restaurant with a full menu, wine and cocktail list. Enjoy fantastic sharing plates and/or wonderful main courses while you take in the show.
Booths are our premier level of seating. There are four booths that are available only as groups of four and are not available for purchase as singles or pairs. There are two booths that are available only as groups of five or six and are also not available for purchase as singles or pairs.

Booths are generally sold on a general admission first come first seated basis, however you will find some shows whereby you can pick your specific booth.

Table Seating: Tables are sold on a general admission first come, first seated basis all the while seating your party together of course. Parties of two will. In most cases be asked to seat opposite from one another. Some of our seating is cabaret style. You may be sat at a communal table with others too. We find this adds to the Blue Note club experience. Enjoy the show with your neighbor; discover new music and new people; rest assured you will have sufficient personal space, as your comfort is so very important to us.

The Bar: The Bar area is sold as general admission space with bar stool seating. Bar stool seating also first come, first seated. We offer a full menu at the bar and there are under-counter purse hooks available for your coats and purses.
